It seems that the SPD and I were on the same page this week (pun shamelessly intended). They chose the new issue of Whole Living (formerly Body+Soul) as their “cover of the day” on Monday. I got my copy in the mail earlier this week and I’ve had sandwich cravings ever since.  Not only does the cover immediately convey the feature’s sandwich construction topic, but it dives right into the content by pairing photo elements with informational captions. Sure, WL could have simply used a beautiful shot of a tasty sam, but this is just the kind of thoughtful treatment I expect from a magazine that’s as polished as a Martha Stewart holiday party.
